New Industrial Zone in Grand Marrakech to Welcome New Investment Projects

As part of the development of economic activity in the Marrakech-Safi region, and in order to offer a structured and competitive land offer, the Regional Investment Center of Marrakech Safi is launching, in partnership with the local stakeholders, a Call for projects to acquire lots from the Sidi Bouathmane Industrial Park, whose goal is to preselect projects that create values ​​and employment.

This large-scale park, having received financial support from the Hassan II Fund for Economic & Social Development, covers an area of ​​more than 107ha. It includes 357 plots for industrial projects and 15 local administrative social lots, varied and complementary to industry.

The Sidi Bouathmane Industrial Park benefits from several advantages, further strengthening its attractiveness.

The leading investment center (CRI-Marrakech Safi) are offering lands at extremely low prices, aimed at industrial and innovative activities.
